greenflag mayday services

This story happened on: 02/08/2012

After a great holiday in france booked through the club we departed from the ferry and headed homeward on the m40 i got a puncture on the caravan whilst passing a lorry then the other tyre blows leading to uncontrolable snakeing resulting in a crash wrote off both car and caravan police attended and cleared the site .

CALLED GREEN FLAG RESCUE AND GUESS WHAT THEY WENT IN THE HUFF BECAUSE THEY NEVER GOT THE RECOVERY  left myself DISABLED and family stranded 380 miles from home but said they would take us to the nearest bus stop .

you pay for a service you can relie on and green flag will let you down discusted to say the least

As greenflag are only a breakdown service and not accident recovery they are more likely to be pointing the finger at the caravan club for wordings on the policy /my caravan is still 380 miles away  so no dual recovery /my caravan club greenflag card reads

KEEP THIS CARD WITH YOU AND,IF YOU HAVE AN ACCIDENT OR BREAKDOWN CALL:0800 051 5318

WHO IS IN THE RIGHT HERE  may consider legal action now as it looks like niether companies want to help .

An investigation is going on at Green Flag and if you have not already heard from them, you will shortly.  I can assure you that we do wish to help with this. I would ask you to please bear with us as this is a complaint and as such is being dealt with away from the forum.     Jean
