Pendle hill

The other day we set off from a non club site near rochdale to a cl near clitheroe.
The satnav took me over pendle hill and back down t'other side even though the AA autoroute didnt but I didnt print it out.
The car-van ratio is near the limit when full but I have to admit the car did ever so well only dropping to 2nd gear a couple of times.
What the other motorists must have thought upon seeing a caravan being towed over there will beggar belief.
One thing I do know is my car is a great towcar indeed, good job there was no other traffic in certain areas though as I cant reverse for long so would have been interesting to say the least.
Should have took a few snaps from the top to show how high up we were.
Wont be going back that way.
