Another cracking time at Wharfedale

This story happened on: 10/04/2013

Myself and Seth (dog) went up on the thursday, set everything up and relaxed.

Picked the missus up after she finished work friday evening and came back across, about 45 mins drive.

We all had a wonderful weekend before dropping OH off at work monday morning then Seth and me came back for another 2 days.

The dog walking around the area is superb and litterally at the edge of the site.

Grassington is a lovely little place to visit and we always buy the local produce.

Theres superb walking facilitys all over the area and we visit this site a few times a year, also a bonus is the midweek discount pricing.

If you havent visited yet you really need to, you dont know what your missing.

We were there for the first time just before the snow. I was surprised at how busy the site was for that time of the year. Great walking and Grassington I agree was lovely. I was amazed at how the delivery lorries managed the village. Great walks for my 2 oldies, Flora and Jasper. The former is more into a quick ablution and then sleep until supper while the latter wants to be out and about all day.I found the Wardens very laid back and friendly....but  maybe I parked sort of correctly (other discussion).

Well worth a visit and we shall be back.

We will be back again

We have booked to go to Wharfedale in July on our way back from Scotland, can't wait now, very pleased to know lots of good dog walks in the area. Thankyou for the story. Smile
