ferry meadows terrible

This story happened on: 30/08/2012

went to ferry meadoew and not only is the site going downhill because of flooding but l paid for wi-fi and could not get it all the while l was there so have wasted money as wont be going to another club site till nexted season, it is time they sorted out the site from flooding hard standings should be higher than the road so they dont flood alot of people complaining this bank holiday, l complained about wi-fi and was toldĀ  to ring up well l had not a phone we dont all have mobiles the site should have rang up but they dont seem to want to help like last years wardens to much trouble, have sent a email over losing my money for wi-fi and the flooding but no reply as yet waiting with bated breath. come on caravan club this used to be a brillant site going down fast, especially with thieves and boy races in nene park late at night keeping us all awake.

We like ferrymeadows  and have had some nice stays there the flooding was general on all the sites year we spent the whole month of aug touring wales and our pitches were all soaked at some point, as for the thives and boy racers surly that is a police matter i would have thought?

Just back from Ferrymeadows. Lot of security which is kind of sinister, but understandable. Only gripe. The speed bumps are vicious. Seen many outfits, travelling at low speed, "bounce" sharply. Contents within?? Even the chip wagon had a set route to avoid a frying accident
