Swift Voyager 594 the next stage!!
This story happened on: 04/02/2024
Good morning, i sent a story last October with regards' to water pipe fittings coming lose and the service i got from swift, on December 6th 2023 we went as planned on our tour of France and Spain and covered 5000 miles over 9 weeks and as we sat in Cherburg on Sunday the 4th February water appeared from the same place ac before and the pump was kicking in at intervals, i could not believe this has happened again so i contacted the dealer on Monday the 5th and i had to call them on the 7th to sort, I explained i am not prepared to spend another £60.00 on fuel again as the Motor home was still not six months old, after talking to three foot soldiers i was told they cannot look at the Motorhome until April 23rd as so busy, ( not my fault) i have booked in and i have today asked for a senior manager to contact me as this is not expectable at all as to lose two months of the year so i have taken legal action to see what can be done, i will name the dealer as and when if i don't get any action, if any body wants to go to the NEC next week to look at Motorhome i will name and shame them and i most probably will go and have some fun as i know i can do lots of legal damage to there company, i am 70 years old have saved up to buy this Motorhome and enjoy the rest of my life touring places not to have all this stress and worry, if any body out there can help me and my wife in anyway with advice i we would be glad, if you pay £75.000 for a motor of any kind you would expect better.
