CRiS registration at NEC in 2013

Did anyone else get a card from the CRiS stand at the NEC, offering free registration?

I did, and I filled it in, sent it off, and now CRiS are denying all knowledge. If I want to register my 'van, I must use the normal forms and pay the normal price.

I know all the pros and cons of CRiS thasnk you. I just want to know if I am the only one who 'dreamed' of this offer at the NEC?
