Braemar

This story happened on: 30/04/2014

Our first caravan trip took us to Braemar Caravan Park. We are very glad we chose this site. Chris and Jane were welcoming and friendly, the site was spotlessly clean and well laid out. Everything was to hand that we needed. On top of this Braemar is a fantastic place to walk. There seem to be paths stretching off into the hills in every direction just begging to be walked.

If you, like us, are just starting out on your caravanning adventures, don't be frightened, just go and get out on the road. You could also head for Braemar as well!

Well done addeane, glad you had a great time.  Haven't taken the van there yet but whilst I was in Aberdeen spent a lot of time walking around Braemar and Ballater.  One of my favourite walking areas was Loch Muick.  Walked round the Loch a number of times, go upto to Lochnagar or the walk from loch Muick ro Glen Clova.
