Nice Site

2 weeks spent here. Pool clean but small and packed in the high season. No rush for sunbeds in the morning but don't expect to find many during the day when the weather is nice. There are a couple of pedalos, a boat and a kayak for free use. life jackets are provided. The medieval town of St Emillion is a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk away and is a great place to explore. Recommend doing the underground church tour which is at 2PM for English speaking. There are a couple of good caves (wine storage) to see at the top of the town which are free and a couple of towers to climb. There are plenty of chateaus to visit and taste there wine and purchase. I though the bar area was too small and expensive, but this was not a problem for us as we spent most nights on our pitch. There is a good sense of freedom for the children on the park, They spend most of the evenings riding their bikes which our daughter liked. It was nice to see that bikes were left unattended everywhere and never once got stolen or tampered with.
