The facilities on this site are excellent. The toilet/shower block is extensive and very well maintained . There is an abundance of hot water. The restaurant, shop, bar and swimming/play faculties are all very good. Beware and avoid serviced pitches 107A, 107 and 108. They directly overlook the back door of the restaurant where a mechanical sweeper is parked and the staff take their smoking break. The restaurant has an extractor fan in the roof and 3 compressors mounted on the wall. These run when the restaurant is in operation and are noisy, which makes sitting out on these pitches unpleasant. The restaurant/shop also gets regular deliveries to the back door. Many of the pitches have a tarmac strip running the depth of the pitch which only allows for a nose in/nose out parking arrangement - otherwise you cannot pitch an awning . Many of the pitches have tall dense leylandii hedges on 3 sides which are your only view with the above parking arrangement.
