Smack in the middle of the vineyards, many of the pitches have shade which can be very welcome in the summer heat. Very friendly and helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere, facilities modern and spotlessly clean. Great bar and restaurant with good tasty food. I particularly like the free wifi in the restaurant/bar area (provided that you buy a drink).do take advantage of the free vineyard tour (walking distance), very interesting, provided by an obviously passionate family, and you don't have to buy any wine - although it is good value considering the quality. The free shuttle into St Emilion is great, the town itself is gorgeous - if a little touristy and hence expensive. The restaurants in the town square do provide good quality set lunches at very reasonable prices. We were pitched next to the lake which meant there was always something to watch (mainly lots of ducklings) and the lake does provide some serious fishing if youre an enthusiast (big carp snd bream). A great spot highly recommended.
