A very pleasant site, made to look neater by the new roads that had been laid, (unfortunately while we were there). That was a bit tongue in cheek as it did not really detract from the site as it was done on the most miserable of days during our stay. The town is about 1.1/2 miles away, and a pleasant walk if you travel on the stream side, leading into the very quaint town of Pont-Audemer. The market is a must see place. Also make sure you visit Honfleur with its old fashioned harbour with more restaurants you can shake a stick at. Our travelling was very restricted due to the petrol shortage, so lots of walks which was a pleasure. the couple who run the site were very helpful, but the husbands handle on English was probably worse after talking to me. Did feel quite sorry for him as he struggled to understand me, but his wife always stepped in to help. Overall a very pleasant site, with plenty of attractions, and very helpful site owners. We will be returning, when hopefully my French will be better
