The site is well located from Santander as our first stop in Spain. Upon arrival we were told at the reception that some of the facility blocks were not open (which I see a previous reviewer has commented on). Then we were warned by another holidaymaker that there are some small pitches and that it was very noisy, so a pitch further back may be quieter. We found a pitch close to one of the closed facility blocks and just fitted our motorhome in, with not much room to spare, but enough. It wasn't as noisy as we had been warned, but was a bit of a trek to the facilities. The beach, which is accessed from one of two gates from the site is beautiful. The town of Noja doesn't have a lot to offer, but enough for what we needed.
