Montsoreau Sunday market not to be missed
We had not stayed before but enjoyed our 4 days here as it was so convenient for visiting the area on both sides of the river. The pitches are varied with some being a bit small for larger outfits and the site is a busy one. Interesting camping accommodation for cyclists. Good restaurant where we were served a wonderful duck dish. Bar area. Morning baguettes/croissants.
Excellent bric-a-brac and vegetable market in Montsoreau on Sunday morning all along the river bank.
