Good location for WWII sites but small, noisy pitches
Spent 5 nights here in Mid Sept and the location is good for WWII sites locally and Bayeux etc. Facilities were a little basic and 1 block closed entirely while we were there. Bar was also closed as it was late in the season. The worst thing about the site were the pitches, very small, tight access around the site and extremely noisy due to the proximity of neighbours. A lot of permanent cabins and a lot of the caravans seemed to be static with overgrown grass etc.
Would not choose to stay here again, there are other better, quieter sites around. Disappointing.
