I read the reviews before booking this site and was a bit apprehensive but booked anyway due to its location. It has direct access to the beach. The swimming pool is small but was good to have. The pitches are snug but we managed to get our 7.4m caravan on the pitch with an awning and our car. It’s not a spacious site like caravan club sites are in the UK. You can order bread, croissants, etc from reception for the following morning (cash only). The town is about a 15 minute walk with a small supermarket, 2 boulangeries and plenty of reasonably priced restaurants. We visited the Bayeux Tapestry and British Normandy War Memorial which were amazing. Had a great 6 night family holiday.
