Excellent site for children (and adults)
Stayed in August 2019 on a premium pitch with its private sanitaire for 15 nights. We used this site last year and it was equally as good. There's plenty of activities, a weekly programme. We had very English weather, gales rain, floods but this didn't spoil the time we had. I found the staff to be patient, understanding and very efficient. The electrics are Uk style but we had two occasions when we lost power to the shared bollard, caused I think by the German neighbours who used an adopter that evidently wasn't waterproof. We did have reverse polarity on pitch 143 but I had a waterproof adapter. The weather wasn't fantastic we had some storms and gales but this isn't uncommon in Normandy. Places to go to, plenty of D Day exhibitions and museums. We thought the D Day experience at Saint Come du Monte was excellent, the museums are fairly standard but the 3D cinema was well worth a visit. Two members of staff in particular were fanastic, Aurelie who was on the shop most mornings and my friendly barmaid Caroline who said she understood my dodgy French.
