Never Again. Unhelpful staff at reception. Bistro staff the only friend members Sept 2024
Arrived after a 7 hour towing. Reception Staff rude and unhelpful. Insisted I had booked a standard pitch when I had booked & paid for the Fully Serviced Grand Comfort Pitch. NO ONE could speak English so had to contact Red Pennant for help. RP were great. You have to walk a distance to choose your own pitch. Shocking unhelpful behaviour for one male staff members at Reception when my wife required medical help. After talking to other Brits who are regulars the place changed for the worse. It would appear there has been a staff change recenlty. We are leaving early as it has spoilt our bucket list trip. Complaint going in to CAMC on our return. Never again will I visit this place unless I changed my nationality.
