Stayed for 7 nights 2nd week August

Have read previous reviews and would say that some have been unfair due to their inexperience. This site is popular and therefore busy. There are many statics that whatever are busy hi season and at weekends. We booked through the CC and was allocated a large hedge pitch. Site roads are narrow but plenty of room. The pool is a great place to cool after a long journey. If one has not booked get there before mid afternoon for a pitch. We enjoyed our stay for 7 days and found the old town very interesting. There are at least 20 bodegas for the Ricoja wine growers so plenty of choice. Haro is on one of the pilgrim trails and you will see many people on their way to Santiago D C. Would be more than happy to return bearing in mind we visited in high season. Facs. are spotless and plenty of hot water. Thanks to the CC for booking us in.
