We were unfortunate enough to arrive with some cold wet weather when the Semi-Permanent Spanish caravans where at their worst state of repair and quite depressing. I feel the picture of the site somewhat misleading with regard to space and openness, due again to the numbers of semi-permanent caravans. The 6 amp power supply was quite limiting- could not use our electric Kettle !! Due to a damp winter the pitch was very muddy with no grass. On the bright side the Toilet, Shower and washing-up facilities were perhaps the best we encountered on our trip. The location of the site is excellent for access to the town of Haro and is also for visiting la Rioja.
