Bit of a let down
We must have stayed on a different site to everybody else! We spent a week here in late September on a super pitch. The pitch was poor, a mixture of sand, mud and grit. Hedges were very overgrown and we had to move our van after two days because of heavy bird droppings. The whole place looked run down and unkept. Maybe end of season thing. The weather wasn't especially good so that probably didn't help. Weeds everywhere. Units on the standard pitches looked very close together. Good location though, and we enjoyed hiring bikes and cycling into Delft. Wifi worked well at weekends but was woeful during the week, which seemed odd. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bearing in mind the high cost it is unlikely we will return to this site.
