Unhelpful bullying warden at check in and is it time to leave
Regular visitors to this sites for over 20 years and never ever have I come across such a rude warden! When I asked her if I could ask a question about the new system for bookings she barked ‘ring head office’ (which I had already done and was sent an unhelpful link). She was only interested in how it’s better for wardens and head office - the members do as they are told.
As people living on a pension and not in the best of health - we can’t afford losing the full fee if we have to cancel less than 3 weeks before (we struggled at 3 days but thought it fair). We’ve decided to see out our current bookings before making a final decision but unless something changes we won’t have an option. And talking to others we won’t be alone.
