York is a fantastic site that we have visited many times over many years.
The staff are always brilliant and the facilities are exemplary.
However the internet/WiFi is dire. Reception in pubs ,hotels, coffee shops, is far superior to what you get on site. We use WiFi to keep up with family news, nothing that requires mega memory or whatever. Thank god we still enjoy reading books!
