This site is excellent, with its location in the middle of york. The staff were very nice , the site is clean and tidy. My only gripe, is its full every weekend for 2015, yet when you go into the toilets and showers, there are signs saying due to low usage and bookings the toilets are locked out of use.  I fully understand the site is popular but its frustrating when you want to pop up for the weekend but cant, because on week one of the year, its already fully booked. That said i will try and get a cancellation.

I just wanted to let you know to avoid any confusion, the site is currently undergoing refurbishment. Because of this the site has 25% less pitches available to book, so as such this is the reason that 2 of the showers in the gents and ladies are closed.
