Brilliant for exploring York
An immaculate site. Very clean, very tidy. However, it felt very regimented. I think the staff were very proud of their site but felt that I had to be so careful not to intrude. My overall impression is shaped by the arrival of 4 customers at 11.55 but no-one being aloud in until 12.00! I was half expecting Basil Fawlty to check us in!
A more relaxed and friendly welcome would have been appreciated.
