Overall a great stay at Rowntree Park. Only minor niggle was that it seems to take both receptionists to book one member in on arrival. Not only does this slow the process down at peak times it confuses members when they arrive and see one receptionist apparently dealing with the first person only to be told on approaching the second receptionist that they are both dealing with him ?? It seems an unnecessarily convoluted way of doing business, and leaves a poor impression of customer service. Other than that a, a well run site.
