A Winters Stay
We had a very good weekend at the York Rowntrees site, the facilities are always good and welcomingly warm. Access is a little limited with the local flood prevention works and the 10pm limit is quite constraining but only short term for repeat visitors. The ice build up on the access slope and roadways would have benefited from some de-icing, causing me to slip and slide a little. Location as a winter visit is ideal.
