Poor customer service
We contacted the wardens on our journey to the site as we had been held up and would be slighty late arriving(10 minutes). The wardens were not very happy but agreed to let us on the site. When we arrived on the site I went in the office to be told off like a naughty child. I once again apologised but the lady told us which pitch we were on and that we had to go straight on it and hurry up so we did not disturb anybody. I tried to pay for the 2 nights we were booked in for but the lady refused and told me I had to go back at 10am the next morning to pay and not to be late as she wasn't messing about at that time! The lady again was very hostile the next morning and stated it was due to a late night!! I have previously visited this site and loved it as it is so convenient for York but to be spoke to by someone so badly on both days I think is a bit much. Customer service care is disgusting and training is certainly required!!!
