I don't need to say anything about the site as others have said plenty of good things, all agreed with. But if you come to the site via the A64 York ring road from the South East on to the A1237. Be aware that the access to the site is via a "Local Services" road which only has a very short space to stop at the traffic lights on the traffic island. This means your van will block the exit from the island to the A1237 north bound especially if you have a long outfit. You will get tooted at but there is nothing you can do.
