The site was very clean and handy for York. There was plenty room between caravans and all hard standing. It was very well lit.We got a very warm welcome. Staff were very friendly. Definetly on our list to go back

Very peaceful site and very well maintained. The staff are very freindly and helpful. 5 mins drive from Monks Cross park and ride for easy access to
York.
Site Review
We have been going to Beechwood Grange since the site originally opened.
Despite the site being well kept by friendly wardens the main bugbear is the large craters on the driveway approaching the site. It was almost impossible to drive to the site without dropping into a large hole in the driveway

2nd Visit
My wife and i love this site, we stayed here for the first time just over a year ago. Easy to get to and a perfect location to visit York the the surrounding area. The site was extremely clean and tidy as always with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival. We would definitely recommend a visit and hope you all enjoy the facilities the club have to offer.
beechwood Grange
I never usually write a review, but this is an excellent site, clean and tidy, with very friendly and accommodating wardens. Forget the WiFi, absolutely useless, having paid £25 for the facility (WiFi is also useless in other caravan club sites we've used this year!) Go to cafe at M&S Monks Cross instead for free wifi and good connection (coffee and leave the wife shopping!) Excellent base for touring and is a paradise for a fair weather cyclist.

Base Camp
We found this an excellent site for viewing local attractions either by car or bus. Superb park and ride for York just 1 mile away. Large pitches with shade or sun. Facilities up to CC standard. Forget Wi-fi - poor reception and too expensive. Cheaper to buy a cup of coffee at local shopping complex with free wi-fi. Pleasant and cheerful staff who are there to please and will help no matter what the problem.

Easy for York & attractions
Great site, extremely friendly and very helpful staff, who are constantly busy round the site keeping it tidy.
The site is very handy for York,Monks Cross or Mcarthur Glenn. Also close to Motorway links.
Taxi service recommended by the site was very reliable and there was a discount for the site so it was £9 each way into York.
Plan to book again to take the children and go to the Dungeons & Jorvik Centre.
Nice site but update needed
Enjoyed our stay at beechwood , facilities in need of major update but kept very clean.

Beechwood Grange - Sept 2015
Had a really good time here, the site is clean and very well looked after by the warden's, who are also very friendly. Not over the top on rules but just about right. Have already booked for another visit.
