Nearby East Lothian combines convenient access to 'Auld Reekie' with its many charming villages of pantiled cottages. The site boasts a coastline of lovely sandy bays and rocky headlands to feast the eyes on. There are no opening and closing times, or when the barrier is disabled, on the website. These would be good to know in advance. I seem to remember that "late arrivals"... Show more

Peaceful and a good alternative to city sites

Great site, immaculate and well maintained, beautiful walls for us and our fur baby. Very peaceful at night and since the phone signal was sketchy you really can unplug!
