Will be back
We had a lovely pitch right by the cliffs, but sheltered by hedges. The views over the Dee estuary were stunning and we were so lucky with the weather. You could sit and take in the peace and quiet and the sound and smell of the sea. We cycled to West Kirby along the Wirral way, easy 20 minutes and such a pretty route, lovely views again. Easy to get in to Liverpool from West Kirby on the train £4.95 return. We also cycled to Hooton with a stop for lunch at Parkgate. Wish we had had more time!
