Unwelcoming wardens
This was our third visit to this site, which is still a beautiful location and one we will visit again, however our greeting was very impersonal, and did not give us a feeling of being welcome. As a result my wife and I did not use the shop on site, and on more than one occasion we came face to face with staff around the site who did not even look in our direction, despite passing side by side. Not what we have come to expect or experience before.
