Staying at the Wirral site just an hour's drive away from home Tried for a few years to book this site but always booked up. Well we are here now.The site is very well maintained the staff are lovely. Facilities are the usual standard for club sites and kept beautifully clean . The area is lovely. Lots of walks available. Great for cyclist and very safe for children cycling A walk or cycle to Parkgate to sample the award winning ice cream is well worth it. Called in at the Boathouse pub on our way but ack lovely friendly staff and its a dog friendly pub which gets my vote right away. Didn't sample the food but would recommend it as it's decor and surroundings are very tastefully done. Off to walk to Hilbre island when the tide turns today blessed wifh glorious weather .Also a trip across the Mersey planned All in all a lovely site
