This is the worst site I have ever stayed on. From a motor home perspective one of the wardens runs this site for caravans only. Despite there being several fresh water points he complains if m/h use any of them They are only allowed to use the one at the Service point regardless how many m/h are queuing up to access it. Caravans are allowed to be cleaned using chemical sprays without complaint. M/h can't be wiped down using fresh water!. When challenged all the warden can say is that it's the rules but he can't produce them nor tell where I can view them! We came to this site for the good access to the Tees Valley. In future we will stay elsewhere. I would also urge other motorhomers to carefully consider to the same if they want a stress free break. This is from a very Unhappy Hobo!
