We stay here quite often and it's a lovely site. Wardens are really nice and work hard to keep it looking in good condition. Plenty to do and see around the area for all interests, walking along the river, trip to the hills or shopping and a nice high street after being refurbished. It's the widest high street in uk so I am led to believe. Good shopping centre at Teesside Park which also has a cinema and casino. Can understand why the site is being refurbished with hard standing as many pitches are grass,should be great when it's completed but cannot believe it's taking 8 months... Come on. Cc don't waste the summer it's too good to wait that long...
