it started when I phoned to see if I could get on site a little earlier than 12noon as I had to pick my wife up at 2 pm which left me short of setup time and its never been a problem in the past I know about cleaning and things but surly when the site is nearly empty it should be ok a little earlier and I was told that if I came early I might get on site however I was miss lead and queued along with 3 other caravans waiting to get in for over 1 hour ,one of caravaners staying on the site sead to us that they are a bit miserable on here and we wont get on he was right then there was no heating in the showers .
