Lovely peaceful site
This was our first time here although we have visited the area before.
The wardens are nice, one couple more so than the other, but don`t know which was which.
The site is well laid out and has a woodland backdrop
You can reach Grassington via a walk at the back of the site but I think it neds to be better marked. When we got to the road, we didn`t know which way to turn.
The site is situated within another caravan Park which is really unusual and you may drive past when you arrive thinking you have gone to the wrong one. You can also use their facilities which include a leisure club with pool, a pub and a café. The pool is a little expensive though at £10 adults and £5 children. The café food is home made, tasty and very good value
The site shop sells more things than others and even has local fresh meat and scones. It is over priced though which I think is due to its distance from any other shops.
It has a drying room which is really handy and not all sites have this facility.
Overall a lovely site for walking the beautiful Yorkshire area.
