We stayed for a few days at the club site and unfortunately my wife was taken to hospital. We were due to leave for another site the next day so I was left in limbo. The Lady who was in reception really helped me sort out and arrange to stay longer at Wharfedale and also to amend the other caravan stay. It just reduced the stressful situation and it was really helpful. The kind staff member also called the next day to see if I needed anything else amending. Luckily my wife made a good recovery and we could enjoy the rest of our holiday. I just didn’t get the opportunity to say a massive thank you to the staff for all the help before we left.
