Great long weekend in Grassington and Skipton. Lots to explore in the surrounding areas, would recommend Malham Cove and Janet's foss nice 5 mile walk back to the village. Wharfedale Site is kept immaculate with spotlessly clean large shower/toilet facilities. Unfortunately the pitches are very un-level so ramps and blocks of wood and definitely required, we didn't see many caravans who didn't needs them. The site is in a nice location to the Dales and the Spar shop is very handy just down the road and stocks most items. The 2 lady wardens were very friendly and helpful plus couldn't do enough to welcome everyone, the 3rd warden who drives around on his little tractor, well i'll say no more and let you form your own opinion!! Would recommend this site and will be returning at some point.
