Grassington site review

Just back from a week at Grassington, for the first time. The site is well placed for exploring the Dales and within walking distance of Grassington, a pretty village with lots of dog friendly cafes and shops. Nearby Skipton has a good variety of shops and a canal where you can go on a cruise. The site is well looked after with good ammenities and friendly wardens. TV reception is varied but there is a booster system. The ajoining park home site has a smashing pub that serves excellent food. Dogs are welcome in the bar area. there are loads of pathways and walks from the site. A visit to the cheese factory at Hawes is a must (lots of free cheese samples) plus a museum and cheese making demo. Aysgarth falls also worth seeing, there is a pub there that does good food and is dog friendly (also a CL at back of pub).
