This location of this site is great for walkers and keen cyclists (there are hills). Skipton is a short drive away but Threshfield and Grassington are only a short walk away. The local Spar is well stocked and Grassington is very picturesque. There are a number of pubs close by but my favourite is the Red Lion at Burnsall c 6 miles away. The site is typical of a club site; well maintained with a clean well kept shower block and many large hard standing pitches. If putting up an awning you will need heavy duty pegs (sold in the site shop). Our pitch 26 was quite level but I saw many needed blocks and ramps.
