1st time here and we will be returning

On arrival at the site the wardens were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Yes, i agree some pitches are not 100% level but the site itself is well laid out with a play area for children and a lovely dog walk. The reception sells home made cream teas at a very reasonable price as well as the usual bits and pieces you may forget to take with you. In the information hut there are numerous places to visit as the site is in a very picturesque part of North Yorkshire and well worth exploring the area. Grassington is a 30 min walk away and there is a detailed walk in the hut giving you directions. You find some quaint shops and cafe's as well as plenty of pubs. We were only there from Friday evening to Sunday morning so didn't get a lot of time to really appreciate the area and explore hence the title of the review.
