We are sorry to learn you were unhappy with the service received from our Site Staff. Our Site Staff are the face of the Club and providing excellent customer service is something that we always strive for. We always welcome the opportunity to formally review any disappointing experience and we would ask that members send this in writing to us rather than leave site reviews as the site reviews are designed for a review of the site and your experience as a whole and may not be seen by the correct department. We also have a duty of care to our site staff as outlined in our Community Guidelines.
