Comment from the Club:

We are sorry to learn you were unhappy with the service received from our Site Staff. Our Site Staff are the face of the Club and providing excellent customer service is something that we always strive for. We always welcome the opportunity to formally review any disappointing experience and we would ask that members send this in writing to us rather than leave site reviews as the site reviews are designed for a review of the site and your experience as a whole and may not be seen by the correct department. I am not sure as to the actual event that occurred but I am sure you that if a someone drove onto site and caused damage to your van you would go straight to the office and let the wardens know. 

If we all follow Site rules as members then we can all enjoy a relaxed time.

The wardens are doing a job to make it safer for us all.

As you even wrote you don’t know what happened I find it surprising that you even commented. Anyone could drive onto the site as there is no barrier but in our case once the gentleman arrived he phoned me to say he was there so I went to meet him by reception.
