We have stayed here twice so far and will be back. It is well-run, clean, quiet, and close to Warwick town. Access is well managed across the racecourse, the site is inconspicuous from the town/local perspective but is in easy reach of all Warwickshire has to offer. Motorised or on foot. Staff are very helpful and go the extra mile, at their own expense (offering to lend crockery etc!). A reviewer complained that access at 1300 needs controlling - adjust your arrival to suit and choose pitches appropriately - tarmac will not offer cool and shade, trees will drip and shed conkers but offer shade, grass will get muddy if it rains although the site is not soggy, gravel may be inbetween all of these! Excellent site, well run and to be revisited! It was very hot and very wet at different times during our 5 day stay at the end of July 2021 - all good fun! Thanks to staff and their holiday replacements.
