A popular caravan site in Warwickshire, The Warwick Racecourse Club Campsite is set on a grass and tarmac enclosure within the grounds of the racecourse itself and is a mere 15 minute walk from the town centre of Warwick. Conveniently located a mile away from the M40 motorway, the campsite gives you easy access to a large variety of fun activities, from lovely walks and a 9-hole golf course to a driving range with an area for flying model aircraft and gliders. You can also enjoy a lovely walk along the Grand Union Canal at picturesque Hatton Locks and perhaps stop for refreshments at the Hatton Lock Café.
Adjacent to the Warwick Racecourse Club Campsite you will find the historic Hill Close Victorian Gardens, which act as a gateway to the town centre. The award-winning Warwick Castle is also within easy reach of the campsite and is a must-see as it's reputed to be the finest medieval castle in England. Another place in the area that is well worth the visit is pretty Stratford-upon-Avon - here you can walk the superb Heritage Trail, take the fascinating Shakespeare Story Tour Bus and visit the world famous theatre. You might also like to visit Birmingham or Leamington Spa, accessible by train, which offer a great mix of both high street and boutique shops.

The campsite is very well run, the wardens on duty during out stay were Sally and Steve, who are some of the friendliest wardens we have met on a club site. The facilities were spotless, great showers and the grounds and refuse areas tidy and well kept. Thanks for... Show more

Warwick is in a great location. Not just the novelty of staying alongside a historic racecourse but it's just a short walk into Warwick itself and just a little down to the magnificent Warwick Castle.

1st time visiting and will definitely be back. Only stayed 1 night so did not have time to explore the area. Very clean and tidy and organised site. Staff very welcoming. A mix of shaded and open areas. Quirky as it sits inside Warwick race course and enjoyed the walk around it.... Show more
