Recently refurbished site and a great job they have done. Facilities, as you would expect, are first class. Shower blocks are really warm with plenty of hot water. Great 4G signal and TV signal was vary good. We stayed on a fully serviced pitch which gave easy access to the dog walk (not that we have a dog) and a large forest walk with onward access to further footpaths. I can imagine that the activity centre next door can get a little noisy by day but it was very quiet during our stay. The wardens are very helpful with a good sense of humour! Our caravan is over 8mtrs long and was easily accommodated, the access road is first class with easy access from the A66. This is an excellent site which we highly recommend.
