We stayed for just 4 nights last week to catch up with some friends who moved to Wadebridge last year. As the site is hilly and some pitches are on a cul-de-sac, you are understandably only able to walk to select vacant pitches. However, on the boiling hot day we arrived, we were advised to go and pick a pitch. Having found a totally empty pitch, we had a long and hot walk back to reception, only to be advised it was taken by a Motorhome who hadn't left any markers. We had to ask for the site map to be highlighted with the available pitches so we could make another hot and long walk again. Apparently, this should have happened when we first arrived ! Apart from the initial hiccup, the site was very well run, extremely clean and lovely people everywhere (it was full most days). The toilet block was first class ! Finally, the Fish & Chip van is excellent !
