We have just spent 3 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal for exploring and beautiful walks through National Trust sites, Rocky Valley and Bossiney give breathtaking scenery along the coast path. The site is very well managed and on arrival you were able to select your own pitch, I appreciate this may differ slightly if visiting during high season. We selected pitch 51, this was on the front line overlooking the coastal path with uninterrupted views. ( must say very windy due to extreme weather conditions two out of three nights) But that’s down to Mother Nature and can’t be helped! The showers were spotlessly clean with endless hot water. We should say that our score of 1, good for families, may seem a little unfair. We travelled without and chose the site for the reasons that it did not have play areas and clubhouse etc..... we did travel with our 7 month old Boxer though and she thoroughly enjoyed free running in the gated, fenced Dog area!!!! The management staff were friendly and helpful at all times and ensured that you had an enjoyable stay. We will certainly return in the future.
