Recently stayed for the second time, this lovely little site is very local for us and we took our 2 year old grandson for his first outing in the caravan, so decided not to go too far! The staff are always friendly and helpful and facilities are kept very clean. The fact that it is within the grounds of Tredegar House make it ideal for the dog and plenty to keep the grandson amused. It is especially nice to walk the grounds before the public start to arrive. Although only 30 mins away for us and perfect for a long weekend, as anyone who caravans knows, once there, set up and relaxing you could be 100 miles away! Will definitely be returning and would recommend the site. There is some minor noise from the M4 which is close by but don't let this deter you, it is an ideal spot for visiting Newport/Cardiff/Barry and the surrounding valleys and hills.
