This is a great site in a National Trust location a few miles from Cardiff with it's shops and tourist attractions such as the castle and bay area. Unike previous reviews we had no problems with TV reception using our standard aerial. We also found the site well maintained and certainly no worse than many other sites on the network. WiFi was a bit slow but we were a long way from the repeater. For dog owners, the grounds of Tradegar House are great. Wardens are all very pleasant and toilet/shower facilities clean. For food supplies there is an Asda about 15 mins walk from the site so ideal for motorhomers. For caravan/motorhome sales & accessories, Newport Caravans is only a short drive and they are excellent.
